For every energy switch made (whether by you or by Onedox on your behalf such as via 1-Click Energy Switching), you have a 14-day 'cooling off' period where you can change your mind and stop the switch with zero penalties. 

Once you've triggered a new switch, you'll receive an email from our partner Energylinx confirming your new tariff details, and soon after that you should receive a welcome pack from your new supplier. 

Included within the welcome pack from your new supplier, you will find a cancellation telephone number or email address. You can use these to cancel any switch.
