If you decide you don't want to move forward with switching providers, don't worry! This is exactly why there is a required 14 day 'cooling off' period so you can change your mind before any switch happens. 

Once you've initiated the switch: get exact instructions on how to cancel the switch by checking the email you will have received from Energylinx, our Ofgem-accredited partner that manages the switch between energy providers. 

Depending on the situation, you may need to send an email to cancel@energylinx.co.uk and they can advise on what to do next. Alternatively, there may be a number you need to call, and the original email from Energylinx should give details on that too.
