For every switch, you have a 14-day 'cooling off' period where you can change your mind and stop the switch if you want. 

Once you've triggered a new switch, you'll receive an email from our partner Energylinx confirming your new tariff details, and soon after that you should receive a welcome pack from your new supplier. 

Included within the welcome pack from your new supplier, you will find a cancellation telephone number. If you change your mind about the switch, please call this number to cancel.
